Femail® 2000 Accounting and Statistics

This toolkit consists of an accounting reporting module and a message traffic statistics module.

The accounting module gives you the possibility to generate a cost overview per fax user, group of fax users or account. Making it possible to correctly divide the total communication costs between the different users, groups of users or departments in your company. In these reports you can even include various additional fees for each message passing through your system to cover for things like service efforts, hardware investments etc.

The statistics module will give you an in depth view of the message traffic going through your system. The 3D graphs will give you a clear view on the fax habits of your users, helping you to schedule maintenance more efficiently and take management decisions regarding your messaging infrastructure.
