Femail® 2000 Print and Application Service

Print distribution allows you to print a copy of your incoming, outgoing messages and message delivery notification completely automatically to any networked printer. Based on the same inbound routing features as used for our mail integration incoming messages can be routed to the right printer on the right floor or department. In combination with one of our mail integrations this can be an ideal solution in cases where hard copy archiving is still required or to provide a smooth transition to your users when moving from classic fax machines to a full unified messaging integration with your mail system.

Application distribution is identical to print distribution but in the case the Femail 2000 Gateway can automatically execute an application (or various applications depending on the inbound routing configuration) for custom automatic message processing.
