At the release of Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000 Coteng
discovered that a bug was introduced in this SP which, in some configurations,
prevented certain modules of Femail 2000 from working correctly.
Known issues introduced by this bug in SP4 were:
- The FemailŪ2000 Client
versions prior to 3.1.4.52
Symptom: Attachment files will be truncated when sent to the FemailŪ2000
Server.
- The FemailŪ2000 Setup
application
Symptom: Files extracted from archive files
can get truncated.
Coteng worked closely together with Microsoft to assist them in providing
a patch for this problem. As a result of which a Hotfix has been created
